JOSHUA COLLINS, LCSW, LCADC
Clinical Supervisor
Josh is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor (LCADC), and EMDR Certified Therapist. He brings nearly two decades of experience in Buddhist meditation and clinical practice to his work, offering compassionate, trauma-informed care grounded in mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and EMDR. His approach is person-centered and integrates CBT, DBT skills, self-compassion, and neuroscience to help clients regulate their nervous systems and reconnect with their values.

Josh works well across the neurodiversity spectrum and is committed to affirming all identities and relationships. He draws from his own lived experience and passion for nerd and geek culture to create an open, creative space where clients feel seen and supported.

He earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology and Philosophy and his MSW from Rutgers University, along with an addiction counseling certificate. He is also a qualified clinical supervisor, educator, and former barista—an experience he credits as invaluable. His special interests include anime, video games, litRPG, role-playing, comics, Buddhism, and neurobiology.

SOPHIA FOUNTOUKIDIS, LSW

Before embarking on a rewarding career as a therapist, Sophia held high-pressure corporate roles in management consulting. Sophia understands first-hand the toll that stress, trauma, and insecurities can take on one's mental well-being. Sophia brings a unique perspective and deep empathy to her work as a therapist.

Driven by a passion for helping others overcome deep-seated struggles, traumas, fears, and insecurities, Sophia made the decision to transition into the field of mental health. Drawing from her own experiences, she is dedicated to supporting individuals who are seeking innovative solutions to break free from the constraints of their past and step into a brighter, more empowered future.
Sophia creates a safe and nurturing space for clients to explore their innermost thoughts and emotions with a warm and nonjudgmental approach. Utilizing a blend of traditional therapeutic techniques and cutting-edge modalities, such as EDMR and KAP, Sophia empowers clients to uncover the root causes of their struggles and develop practical strategies for overcoming them.

ABIGAIL HALPRIN, LAC

Abby (she/her) is a Licensed Associate Counselor with a Master’s of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University. A New Jersey native born and raised, Abby’s experience with a medical crisis and learning to live life disabled led her to rethink her career and pursue work she genuinely enjoys—helping others feel seen, heard, and supported every day.

She offers a safe, welcoming space to support clients working through challenges like trauma, OCD, neurodivergence, identity exploration, and relationship concerns. Abby has experience working with LGBTQIA2S+ folks, neurodivergent clients, BIPOC men, first-generation individuals, and many others—always aiming to provide affirming therapy that honors who you are.

Her approach is flexible and client-centered, rooted in evidence-based psychoanalytic and psychodynamic theory, with added tools from behavioral therapy (drawing on her Registered Behavior Technician background), plus Gestalt and Adlerian techniques. Abby tailors each therapy session to what fits you best.

Having worked in diverse settings—from in-home care to outpatient programs and college counseling—she brings a broad perspective on supporting different mental health needs.
When she’s not working with clients, Abby can usually be found lost in a pile of comics, belting out tunes from her favorite musicals, scoring nat 20s in a game of Dungeons & Dragons, or headbanging to her favorite punk album.
